Who We Are

Stoa Lodging is a privately held, family investment office primarily focused in the lodging/hospitality sector led by Taylor Jacobs. The firm is based in Portland, OR, with deep experience up and down the west coast. The firm has experience in acquisition, development, and creative capital structures.

The Glen Resort - Hoodsport, WA

Renovation and reposition of a motel, RV Park, and marina on the only saltwater fjord in the lower 48 states. Stoa Lodging operates the asset with an incredible team of local talent and partners.

Private Loan Acquisition
